We are an educational and software service provider, not a registered investment advisor. None of the statistics, playbooks, or metrics generated by our app constitute financial advice.
3. User Obligations
As a user of our platform, you agree that you evaluate all risk inherently and accept full personal responsibility for your financial decisions. TradeJora is not liable for any capital losses or damages incurred through market trading. You also agree not to:
- Resell, frame, or mirror our software without authorization.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer our proprietary analytical algorithms.
- Input malicious code, spam, or abusive material into your journal parameters.
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized secondary users.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Access to advanced analytical features requires an active subscription. By electing to upgrade your account, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis as outlined in the checkout process. Subscriptions are non-refundable unless legally mandated otherwise in your home jurisdiction.
5. Intellectual Property
The TradeJora interface, analytical systems, branding, code, and design are the exclusive property of TradeJora. The unique trading data you import and generate remains, however, your intellectual property.
